SUMMER BALLET WORKSHOP

OUR CLASSES​

Ballet Class: students will do a 2hr Ballet Class each day which will be taught in the Vaganova Method.

​

Variation Class: both boys & girls will be coached in a separate variation.

​

Conditioning Class: students will work on both flexibility & strengthening exercises that will help improve their ballet technique.

​

Boys Work: boys will have a specialised class focusing solely on boys technique.

​

Preparation for Pointe: girls will have a specialised class focusing on strengthening the feet for pointe work.

​

Pointe: girls will have a specialised class focusing on their pointe work.

​

Pirouette Training: students will learn tips & tricks on how to strengthen and perfect their turns.
