You understand and agree that the instructor, the venue (if applicable), the school (if applicable), and any associated parties are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or harm that may occur to you or your property while participating in this class, whether in-person or online. You waive all claims against the instructor, the venue (if applicable), the school 

(if applicable), and any associated parties for any injury, damage, loss, or harm that may occur as a result of your participation in this class, whether in-person or online.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the instructor, the venue (if applicable), the school (if applicable), and any associated parties from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising from your participation in this class, whether in-person or online.
