What is the Vaganova Method?
The Vaganova Method is one of the world’s most respected classical ballet training systems, developed by Russian pedagogue Agrippina Vaganova. It combines the best elements of French, Italian, and Russian ballet traditions into a clear, progressive system that develops both technical precision and artistic expression.
At Ballet Express, we teach the authentic Vaganova syllabus — the same method used at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg — under the guidance of our wonderful qualified teachers.
